We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The reception team were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book another stay for when we return to Hanoi at the end of our trip.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible! So many different options and very tasty. Then they allowed us to keep our bags there during the day after checking out. They had a private side room with a shower that we could use so we were fresh for our next adventure. Highly recommend this place.

Thoroughly loved my experience at Du Lac Signature Hanoi. Greeted immediately with such professional, personable and kind staff members. Sarah guided us through our room and our booking with a welcome drink, noting all the incredible offers available to us. The staff members also kindly offered us a free upgrade to a balcony room which my partner and I felt incredibly grateful for. Our room came with buffet breakfast which was a beautiful selection of both international and local Vietnamese dishes consistently changing across each day of our stay. The gym and swimming pool were quite small, but very well maintained and clean. During our time in the lobby or outside for quick smoking breaks, staff would be quick to arrange a refreshing water. Staff members would always be there to great us before our outings and upon our return, we felt very well looked after and consistently satisfied. After checking out of the hotel for a Ha Long Bay cruise, and returning to the hotel for drop off service, the hotel allowed my partner and I to leave our bags with them while we went out for our final hour in Hanoi city. These small details really stood out to me. The overall service at Du Lac was incredibly notable, all staff members were so friendly and this hotel has remained a very impactful part of my stay in Vietnam. I hope to visit again in the near future.

Everything is good. Dong is super helpful. All fronts desk staff and restaurant staffs are nice and very polite and humble. Love their hospitality. The only things that I don’t like is that rooms are small but I guess that’s part of living in Old Quarter. After walking around I realized that everything is small here. But, overall hotel is well maintained.
